“Hommage aan de

De 'tomatensoep' staat hier als veelomvattend symbool voor
de belangrijkheid en schoonheid van de doodgewone dingen waar we wel is
vergeten aandacht aan te schenken of zelfs niet bewust van zijn. Zoals het er momenteel aan toe gaat in
de wereld , oorlogen, terrorisme, vluchtelingenstroom is het belangrijk even
stil te staan hoeveel geluk er
schuilt in de eenvoudige dagdagelijkse
kleine geluksmomenten in het leven. 'Soep' is dan ook één van de dingen die
wordt aangeboden in tijden van nood of gebruikt wordt als middel bij
inzamelacties voor 'het goede doel' . Het is een eerbetoon aan al diegenen die
op zo'n moment klaar staan om te helpen .

importance and beauty of all the ordinary things in life we have forgotten to
pay attention and sometimes not even aware of . As the current situation in the
world is rather disturbing ,wars,terrorism, refugees, it is equally important
to reflect how much happiness there is to be found in the simple everyday matters, precious
small moments in our daily life .
‘Soup’ is one of the things that is offered in times of
distress or being used as a means for collection campaigns for ‘charity’. It is
a tribute to all those who are ready to help at those moments.
